Building Kayaks
My philosophy is to build
boats that increase your enjoyment of the water. The stitch and
glue/plywood boats shown are beautiful light weight joys to paddle.
They are hand made with careful attention to detail. I continually
expand my boat building knowledge by experimenting with hull designs
and detail modifications. In addition to compounded plywood designs,
I build hard chine and multi-chine designs. My shop is well equipped
for year round production and I offer custom
kayak building. I can build a kayak for you that will be a
light weight, durable pleasure to paddle and a work of art.
